Dubai recorded 1,188 real estate sales transactions on 14 May 2026 with a combined value of AED 6,714,296,987 (USD 1,828,285,360.
Sales transactions reached 987 registrations valued at AED 2,388,217,064, while mortgage transactions totaled AED 3,880,984,741 across 172 registrations. Ready properties accounted for the majority of transaction value at AED 5,259,403,674, while Off-Plan assets led transaction volume with 763 registrations.

Conclusion
Land transactions represented the largest segment by value at AED 4,696,987,759 across 113 registrations. Commercial land transactions alone accounted for AED 3,615,844,444 from 33 deals.
Unit transactions remained the most active category by volume with 1,018 registrations. Flats represented 969 of those transactions with a combined value of AED 1,684,950,136. Al Yufrah 1 recorded the highest locality turnover for the day with AED 3,014,327,776 across five transactions.
