Dubai Real Estate Rental Transactions Report
15 May 2026
Dubai recorded 3,304 real estate rental transactions on 15 May 2026 with a total registered value of AED 1,472,396,839. Renewed contracts represented the larger share of transaction volume, while new contracts recorded the higher aggregate value.
Residential properties accounted for most rental activity by both count and value. Free Hold and Non Free Hold transactions remained closely distributed across the registry records for the day.

Conclusion
Units represented the largest share of rental activity with 2,936 registered transactions valued at AED 1,346,841,820. Flats accounted for 1,847 transactions within the Unit category, while Labor Camps recorded the highest value among Unit subtypes.
Jabal Ali Industrial First recorded the highest transaction value among all listed localities with AED 319,108,943 across 180 transactions. Al Garhoud and Me'Aisem First followed with registered values exceeding AED 200 million and AED 178 million respectively.
