Transaction Period: 16 – 18 May 2026

Dubai recorded 5,941 rental transactions between 16 and 18 May 2026 with a combined contract value of 866,185,242 AED. Renewed contracts represented the larger share of activity by both volume and value, while residential usage accounted for most registered transactions.

Among the leading localities, Al Goze Third registered the highest rental value, while Business Bay recorded the highest transaction volume within the Top 10 list.
