Month-to-Date: 01 – 10 May 2026
Dubai recorded 25,054 rental transactions between 01 and 10 May 2026 with a registered value of AED 8,105,930,078. New contracts accounted for AED 5,887,460,181 across 10,985 registrations, while renewed contracts reached 14,069 registrations valued at AED 2,218,469,898.
Residential properties represented the largest share of activity with 18,772 transactions totaling AED 5,958,220,035. Commercial usage recorded 6,156 transactions valued at AED 2,115,474,589. Non Free Hold properties registered AED 5,200,750,755 in rental value compared with AED 2,905,179,324 for Free Hold properties.

Conclusion
Units represented the largest share of registered rental activity with 22,151 transactions totaling AED 7,429,134,046. Within this category, Labor Camps accounted for AED 4,072,244,134 across 2,453 registrations, while Flats recorded 14,551 transactions.
Jabal Ali Industrial First registered the highest locality value during the period, followed by Al Goze Industrial First and Muhaisanah Second. Business Bay recorded the highest transaction volume among the top ten localities with 1,523 registrations.
