A total of 887 sales transactions were registered on 05 May 2026, with a combined value of AED 3.18 billion. Sales transactions accounted for the majority of activity, while mortgages and gifts represented a smaller share of the total.
Off-plan properties led both in volume and value, exceeding ready transactions across the board. Residential usage dominated the market, and freehold ownership accounted for the majority of recorded value.

Conclusion
