During the period from 06 to 08 June 2026, a total of 986 real estate transactions were registered in Dubai with a combined value of AED 2,675,315,809 (USD 728,467,235.95).
Activity was recorded across gifts, mortgage registrations, and sales transactions, covering off-plan and ready properties in both freehold and non-freehold areas.
