A total of 1,095 sales transactions were recorded, with a combined value of AED 3,693,011,263. Standard sales transactions accounted for the majority of value, while mortgages and gifts represented a smaller share of activity.
Off-plan and ready properties contributed nearly equal value, despite a higher number of off-plan transactions. Residential assets dominated overall market activity, both in volume and total consideration.

Transaction value is concentrated within a limited number of high-performing areas, with Al Khairan First leading by total consideration. Distribution across remaining localities remains broad in terms of transaction count.
Sales activity is driven primarily by residential units, with land transactions contributing a significant share of total value.
