A total of 1,128 real estate transactions were registered in Dubai on Wednesday, 08 April 2026, with a combined value of AED 3,018,703,116. Activity remained concentrated in residential assets, with sales transactions accounting for the majority of both volume and value.
Off-plan properties led in transaction count, while total value distribution between off-plan and ready assets remained close. Freehold ownership continued to dominate overall registrations.

Conclusion
Residential transactions continued to account for the majority of market activity, both in volume and value. Sales transactions remained the primary contributor to overall turnover.
The distribution between off-plan and ready property values stayed relatively balanced, despite higher off-plan transaction counts. Freehold assets maintained a dominant share of total registered value.
