Dubai real estate records for 07 May 2026 show 772 registered transactions with a combined value of AED 2,267,188,875, the total transaction value equates to USD 617,265,249.
Sales transactions represented the largest segment of daily activity with 539 registrations valued at AED 1,580,702,940. Ready properties slightly exceeded off-plan properties in transaction volume, while Free Hold ownership remained dominant across the registry.

Registry Summary
Unit transactions continued to form the largest segment of the market, led by 576 flat transactions valued at AED 1,184,878,542. Land transfers reached AED 675,069,706 across 56 transactions, including industrial, commercial, residential, and sports club plots.
Zaabeel Second recorded the highest transaction value among all localities at AED 161,421,000, followed by BUSINESS BAY at AED 147,670,926. Free Hold properties represented 737 of the 772 registered transactions for the day.
