Sales transactions accounted for the majority of activity by volume, while mortgage registrations represented a significant share of total value. Ready properties contributed more value than off-plan registrations, despite lower transaction count.
Free Hold ownership dominated both volume and value. Land transactions carried the highest aggregate value among property types, while units remained the most frequently transacted category.
