Dubai registered 969 real estate sales transactions on 11 May 2026 with a total recorded value of AED 2,704,099,199. Sales transactions represented AED 2,015,762,977 across 749 registrations, while mortgages reached AED 337,100,691 from 173 transactions. Gift transactions totaled AED 351,235,530.
Off-Plan properties recorded 576 transactions valued at AED 1,272,101,744. Ready properties reached AED 1,431,997,455 across 393 registrations. Residential usage represented 952 transactions, while commercial usage recorded 17 transactions.

Conclusion
Units recorded the largest share of transaction volume with 774 registrations valued at AED 1,386,868,319. Flats represented 698 transactions within the Unit category, while Hotel Apartments recorded 50 transactions.
Dubai Investment Park First registered the highest locality value on 11 May 2026, followed by Wadi Al Safa 3 and BUSINESS BAY. Off-Plan transactions exceeded Ready properties in transaction count, while Ready properties recorded the higher aggregate value.
