Dubai Real Estate Registry Report — 12 May 2026

Dubai real estate registry records for 12 May 2026 show 685 transactions with a combined value of AED 2,234,476,899. Sales transactions represented the majority of activity with 513 registrations valued at AED 1,687,009,323, while mortgage registrations reached AED 406,306,729 across 133 transactions.

Ready properties generated AED 1,244,879,504 from 314 transactions, compared with AED 989,597,395 from 371 Off-Plan transactions. Free Hold assets continued to dominate overall market activity, accounting for 627 registrations.

The remaining 87 active localities recorded a combined transaction value of AED 1,037,092,410. Examples from the next highest-value areas include Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, Al Wasl, and JUMEIRAH VILLAGE CIRCLE.


Conclusion

Unit transactions represented the highest activity level with 547 registrations valued at AED 1,218,144,366. Flats accounted for 487 of those transactions with a combined value of AED 968,758,043.

Land transactions reached AED 831,526,745, led primarily by Commercial land transfers totaling AED 484,006,129. Palm Jabal Ali recorded the highest locality value for the day, while BUSINESS BAY registered the highest transaction count among the leading areas.
