Dubai real estate registry records for 12 May 2026 show 685 transactions with a combined value of AED 2,234,476,899. Sales transactions represented the majority of activity with 513 registrations valued at AED 1,687,009,323, while mortgage registrations reached AED 406,306,729 across 133 transactions.
Ready properties generated AED 1,244,879,504 from 314 transactions, compared with AED 989,597,395 from 371 Off-Plan transactions. Free Hold assets continued to dominate overall market activity, accounting for 627 registrations.
