Dubai Real Estate Transactions Report

13 May 2026

Dubai real estate registry records for 13 May 2026 show 911 registered transactions with a combined value of AED 5,501,816,460. Mortgage registrations generated AED 3,527,599,561 across 164 transactions, while sales transactions reached AED 1,760,364,028 from 706 registrations. Gift transfers totaled AED 213,852,872.

Off-Plan properties recorded 571 transactions valued at AED 994,425,141, while Ready properties generated AED 4,507,391,320 from 340 registrations. Free Hold properties continued to represent the majority of activity with AED 5,286,023,889 across 800 transactions.

The remaining active localities recorded a combined transaction value of AED 1,287,902,240. Examples from the next highest-value areas include BUSINESS BAY, DUBAI LAND RESIDENCE COMPLEX, and DUBAI MARINA.


Conclusion

Land transactions generated AED 4,048,390,175 from 98 registrations, led by Commercial land transfers totaling AED 3,595,772,248. Unit transactions represented the largest share by volume with 724 registrations, including 659 Flat transactions valued at AED 1,039,495,826.

Al Yufrah 1 recorded the highest locality value for the day at AED 3,029,307,776 from 11 transactions. DUBAI INVESTMENT PARK FIRST registered the highest transaction count among the leading areas with 82 registrations, followed by Madinat Al Mataar and Wadi Al Safa 3.
