Dubai recorded 1,176 real estate transactions on 15 May 2026 with a combined value of AED 2,805,849,708. Sales transactions accounted for the majority of activity, while ready properties represented the larger share of transaction value.
Free Hold properties continued to dominate the market across both transaction count and value. Residential assets remained the primary usage category, while land transactions contributed substantially to the overall registered value for the day.

Conclusion
Units represented the largest share of transaction volume with 1,035 registrations valued at AED 1,498,902,027. Flats accounted for 1,005 transactions within the Unit category.
Land transactions totalled AED 1,153,375,098 across 92 registrations, including industrial, commercial, and residential land activity. Saih Shuaib 3 recorded the highest transaction value among all listed localities, while MAJAN registered the highest transaction count for the day.
