16–18 May 2026

Market Overview

Dubai real estate sales transactions registered 1,495 transactions totaling AED 5,813,152,835 (USD 1,582,533,720) between 16 and 18 May 2026. Sales transactions recorded the highest volume with 1,174 registrations valued at AED 2,551,050,052, while mortgage transactions represented the largest value segment at AED 2,614,428,215 across 196 transactions.

Off-Plan properties accounted for 996 transactions, while Ready properties recorded the larger value total at AED 4,152,544,352. Free Hold ownership represented the majority of registered activity with 1,459 transactions totaling AED 4,325,725,855.

There were 105 other active localities during the reporting period, recording a combined transaction value of AED 1,243,510,966. Examples from the next highest localities include BURJ KHALIFA, Palm Deira, and EMIRATE LIVING.


Conclusion

Land transactions represented the largest value segment at AED 3,451,448,140 across 130 registrations, while Units generated the highest transaction count with 1,291 registrations led by Flat transactions totaling 1,214 entries.

DUBAI INVESTMENT PARK FIRST recorded the highest locality value during the period, while MAJAN registered the largest transaction volume among the top ten localities. Residential properties accounted for the majority of registered transactions, with commercial activity contributing substantial value through a limited number of transactions.
