MTD June 2026

Month-to-date in June 2026, Dubai recorded 4,341 real estate transactions with a combined registered value of AED 11,931,434,032 (USD 3,248,829,141.97).

The figures below present the recorded transaction activity by sales type, property status, ownership structure, usage classification, property type, and locality.
