Month-to-Date May 2026 (01–17 May 2026)
Dubai recorded 8,829 real estate sales transactions during 01–17 May 2026 with a total registered value of AED 30,247,166,796. Sales transactions accounted for the largest share of activity, followed by mortgages and gifts. Ready properties generated the higher transaction value, while Off-Plan properties led by transaction count.

Conclusion
Units accounted for the largest transaction volume with 7,239 registrations valued at AED 13,747,881,462, led by Flats with 6,700 transactions. Land transactions reached AED 13,726,666,136, with Commercial and Residential land categories representing the largest values within the segment.
Al Yufrah 1 registered the highest locality value during the period at AED 3,148,930,555, followed by BUSINESS BAY and PALM JUMEIRAH. Residential properties represented the majority of recorded activity with 8,631 transactions valued at AED 21,423,484,431.
