yes, we are in a process of awakening to felt intuition and inner awareness/guidance. those with intent to live will learn quickly that relying on others for health advice, for example, is always inferior to really listening to our true needs inside - but we need to make moves to remove distractions to do that and I still have some way to go with that. remembering return to the breath and inner listening is very important. <3
