Empire falling

So just after seeing the great American eclipse:

We now have seen US naval war vessels run into other boats? These ships have state of the art detection equipment and they can't keep from running into something?
Now we see two US drones go down in two days:

Seems unbelievable to me......Maybe Russia and China are using their new electronic warfare to spoof, spam, and generally troll the US war machine.
In any case, it sure has the feel of multiple bad omens for the US empire.
