Decentralization will win in the end, latest after the next big hack of a hot wallet of one of the big exchanges, which is likely to happen once again as it has been the case before already.
I just wrote a post mentioning this...not so much about people's coins being hacked as much as the new settlement system the banksters are setting up. Either way, centralized databases get hacked, that is a way of life. Decentralized have the layer spread so thin and wide that it cant be hit.
I agree DEX will really take off in the next 3 years....we are going to see huge amounts of activity moved to the blockchain.
2018 will be a very good year for the legitimate projects.
I´ll definitely take a look on your post that you mention :) I hope that people will finally realize that centralization isn´t the thing cryptos are striving for and that using the DEX isn´t just ways more secure but cheaper as well in regards to e.g. transaction fees.
