Nextcolony - Uranium Uranium ... Next?

I have been playing Nextcolony game for a long time.
It's a very boring time because you have to be at Explorer 20 level to get to the next step.

It is now only 12 levels.
A lot of uranium is needed to raise the explorer level.
The most important resource in Nextcolony seems to be uranium.
