I was a Boy Scout, that never made it to Eagle. The highest I got was Life. I still think I'm trustworthy, loyal, kind, obedient, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent though. I also try to do a good turn daily. I'm occasionally prepared, actively trying to improve that frequency.
Being prepared is something many people are not.
