NFL Football advice Week 2 Monday Night Games
Hey everyone. Today's post will be geared toward the NFL and Fantasy Football for week 2 in the NFL. Lets get to it.
Monday Night's game will be fought between the New York Jets and the Cleveland Browns. Both teams lost their Week 1 match-ups, so one team will be looking for their first victory of the season. The Jets had a nice lead to start their game last week against the Buffalo Bills, but they let the game slip from their hands. They were leading by 16 points at one point in their home game opener. The Jets QB, Sam Darnold looked good in the first half and the Jets new RB, Le'Veon Bell had a great game in his return to the NFL after missing all of the 2018 season. If you drafted L. Bell as your starting running back in fantasy football last year, he crushed your team. Hopefully you picked up James Connor to handcuff him.
The Monday Night game will be played in East Rutherford, NJ, AKA Metlife Stadium. This makes the Jets the home team for the game. However, their QB Darnold has been diagnosed with mononucleosis (mono) and will not be playing in the game. Treveor Siemian will be the starting QB going up against the Browns. The Jets will also be without their starting wide receiver, Quincy Enunwa who is out for the whole season due to a neck injury. Darnold is expected to miss a few weeks. On the plus side, the Jets have an early bye week this year. Their bye week is week 4. So that will give Darnold a week to heal up without having to miss an extra game. Le'Veon Bell also underwent an MRI on Thursday to evaluate shoulder soreness, but luckily, no major damage or tears were found.
Siemian was signed as a free agent in the offseason by the Jets. He is 13-11 as a starter, but hasn't played in a game since 2017 with the Denver Broncos. He spent last season with the Minnesota Vikings, but didn't see any game action behind Kirk Cousins. Luke Falk will be elevated from the practice squad to the number 2 QB spot while Darnold is out.
The Browns will be looking to recover from last week's lost. Their second year QB, Baker Mayfield did not meet up to expectations. The Browns also acquired Odell Beckman as their top wide receiver from the NY Giants. Expectations for Beckham are high in fantasy as he was drafted late 1st round/early 2nd round in fantasy. Running back Nick Chubb had a great end to his 2018 season also making him a late round 1/early round 2 draft in fantasy football this year. Lots of analysts think that the Browns should be a playoff contenders this year.
At the time of this post, the line is Cleveland (-6.5) vs. NEW YORK JETS. The capital letters for the Jets mean that they are the home team. The -6.5 means that Cleveland is laying 6.5 points to the Jets. This means that they have to win by 7 points or more to cover the spread. If they win by only 3 points, then they do not cover the spread and you will not win the bet if you play the Browns with the points. I think that with all that is going on with the Jets this week, my money is on the Browns this week. I expect Mayfield to bounce back and win the game. I would have no problem starting Mayfield, Beckham, and Chubb in my line up for fantasy football. I would not start Siemian, but I would start Bell as my RB. What are your thoughts about this game or fantasy? Please comment below
this is gonna be a interesting nfl

Ha! I remember when steem was worth a couple of dollars. Now it’s pennies on the dollar. There are not many people profiting from crypto in the last two years.

Yes, but it’s much easier to make a profit without buying votes. I’m guessing you’ll be hit with a few flags here.
