Misinformation in the Crypto space
Just saw this post today talking about "the new NFT project of Vitalik Buterin". It's called Stoner Cats and is one of the many low quality BS projects flying around. It's just a cartoon that under other circumstances nobody would pay attention. But add the word NFT and people are ready to open their wallets. The same website is publishing other stories too, take India for example. According to a source don't believe anything you read the previous days about the decisions of the Indian government. They are ready to be the next El Salvador.

Vitalik Buterin never bothers himself with this kind of stuff and always tries to have the big picture in mind. So after searching, I saw that he and some other celebrities will just lend their voices for the cartoon characters and supposedly will donate their payments to charity. Vitalik doesn't even mention it on his Twitter profile
Oh, and there was a tiny little "glitch" where people got rekt as the company admitted. But don't worry, they are "auditing themselves " (after what happened of course).
Always be careful with such claims, we have seen a dozen of fake news stories this month alone. These people have one goal, money.
And it's easy to manipulate the market by manipulating the minds of teenagers who go and buy Crypto just because Elon Musk tweeted an emoji. Pump and dump is the name of the game and a number players know how to pull it off and earn millions in a few days.
