Batee Pila Reservoir is located in Dusun Batee Pila Gampong / Alue Papeun Village, Nisam Subdistrict Between North Aceh Regency, 30 Km distance south of Lhokseumawe, and the road is okay / no problem. in this reservoir as a tourist place and also as a fishing ground, the climate is cool and cool, the environment is still beautiful and the water is so cold and clear.

The construction of these reservoirs is funded by local and central government funds with the main objective of being a water reservoir for rice farming. and also as a reduction of flood reiko when the rainy season arrives.

Waduk Batee Pila terletak du Dusun Batee Pila Gampong/Desa Alue Papeun Kecamatan Nisam Antara Kabupaten Aceh Utara, jarak tempuh sikitar 30 Km arah selatan Kota Lhokseumawe, dan jalannya lumayan/tidak ada masalah. di waduk ini sebagai tempat wisata dan juga sebagai tempat memancing ikan , iklim alamnya sejuk dan adem, lingkungannya masih asri dan airnya begitu dingin dan jernih.

Pembangunan waduk ini dibiayai Dana Pemerintah daerah dan pusat dengan tujuan utama sebagai tempat penampungan air untuk usaha pertanian padi. dan juga sebagai pengurang reiko banjir bila musim penghujan tiba.
