Sorry to hear you're having a hard time. What sort of work do you do?

When I was in management I always took the time to let people know if they were doing a good job. It's such an easy (and cheap!) way to get the best out of a staff. Unfortunately I never felt like I was getting the same kind of support coming from the levels above me.
