Today turned out better than I expected. The morning started with a simple but pleasant surprise. I noticed that the local vegetable vendor had returned after being away for a few weeks. He remembered regular customers and greeted everyone like he had never left. There is something nice about familiar faces and routines. Small things like that make a place feel like home.

Lately, I've been seeing more people talking about using simpler phones and reducing app overload. Some are even switching off notifications completely except for important contacts. I can understand the attraction. Constant buzzing and alerts make the mind feel crowded after a while.

The weather stayed cloudy for most of the day, and the breeze in the evening was quite pleasant. I kept dinner light with vegetables and curd. Heavy food just doesn't feel right during humid weather.
