RE: Red hat, fish and yellow high heels - a surrealistic approach to under water travel
Another great one from you!!
Can i ask you something?
You too probably spent lot's of times for years to become this good. I wonder how much did you practice drawing, and what kind of reference did you use? And the bonus question is - Who was your most admired artist back then, and now ? :-) ( you don't mind do you? )
Well first of all, thank you for calling my work good... to me that's the ever present challenge and therefore I think everybody who is serious about their art always tries to improve. After decades of practice, I'm slowly getting a vague idea of where I want to go..
My style has changed over the years and thus the references. I have worked with models just like pure imagination, whatever I feel is best for a given situation.
Bonus answer... too many to mention. An early influence definitely was Max Ernst. Today its not just a single artist, as I like a wide variety of styles, from old master to modern day avant garde... as long as it really moves me :-)
i understand. Thank You ! :-)
