Dai Lanh Cape was a branch of the Truong Son Range, and was discovered by a French general, Varella. The special feature of this place is that it is like a mountain, like an island because there is a fresh water stream separating it from the land, but in fact it is land ...
Dai Lanh Cape is important for national security and has a large lighthouse for vessels in the area. Dai Lanh Cape Dai Lanh was built in 1890 by a Frenchman, including a 5m high building with an area of 320m2, under ground with an underground water tank containing rain water, a ceiling for installing solar panels to provide energy for the lighthouse lighting and electricity for those who guard the lighthouse. Dai Lanh nose lighthouse is a slim, gray, 26.5 meters tall building and 110 meters above sea level, and can transmit light signals up to 27 nautical miles. Inside the lighthouse is a wooden stairs 110 shiny. The lighthouse was operational for 55 years, it ceased in 1945, and in 1961 it was reopened, but due to Dai Lanh - Vung Ro was a revolutionary base. The communists transported weapons from the North to the Southern Vietnam during the Vietnam War, so the lighthouses were canceled, and in 1997 the Cape became one of the 45 lighthouses in the country.
