Great story. The photo deserves any prize, it is a very original image, well seen. It should not be easy to photograph the girl and the dog eating the ice cream. The composition with the two subjects in the diagonal of the photo gives much vistosidad to the image. Congratulations.
I still have a good camera.. I just never really use it- so much faster to break out the cell phone- despite that the quality is inferior. But, man.. if I got into photography again, the pics would be so much better- as I know so much more about composition these days. But one thing hasn't changed.. it's all about story, that's what really captures the heart.
