Adam West ,First live action Batman, is dead at age 88

This is so strange to me because i was spending some of my day watching the first batman Movie yesterday. the day he died. The first Batman movie struck me more as a comedy and slap stick scenes fist fighting a shark, constant goofy lines from his side kick Robin (Burt Ward). Batman reruns still played when i was a small kid and i remember the caped crusader running around in circles with ridiculously large bombs trying to defuse them before the fuse burned away.
