I have never used time share myself, but I know my dad does - however we are in starkly different countries. but the complete runaround you were given pisses me off just reading it! I am so sick of people and corporates that are so sly in their deception and manipulation!
@jaynie - right, that's just it, they think they can get away with anything, and most of the time they do.
as with most things in life - it boils down to the people willing to stand up - and from my experience... they are VERY few and far between!
