This would be perfect right now as it's sooooo hot and humid here! I love light salads, could eat them every day. I still haven't tried sardines, they're on my list to buy. Beautiful lunchtime treat @fmbs25 :)
The fresh salads are ideal for this type of climates, many fruits and vegetables fall great!
