OCD Daily: Issue #171
OCD DAILY - Issue #171
Welcome to the 171st issue of @OCD Daily!
Issue #171 highlights content from ten (10) Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steemit to find undervalued gems created by relatively new users.
Today our curators present you with ten (10) amazing pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steemit users that may not have the audience their quality content deserves. @OCD strives to help provide the user with that audience through our followers, and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in the extra effort to produce creative, original content.
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece is submitted to the @ocd team, curator votes are tallied and the pieces with the most votes for each issue are added to the compilation post.
We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.
All he content chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is universally appreciated and valued by the curators making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.
In today’s age where hypersensitivity seems to be rampant throughout society @danielwong presents us with a refreshing reminder that we may not be able to control what happens to us externally, but we can always control how we react to what happens around us. If you’ve ever been offended (don’t lie, we know you have been) this post will help you put that offence into perspective. Give it a read by clicking on the link below.

It had been years since I last watched the original “Blade Runner” that all changed after being inspired by our next post written by @jessicasornelas. In this post @jessicasornelas dives into what makes this film so interesting and fun to watch, along with explaining how the staging of certain scenes drives our feelings about the movie. Give this post a read, and maybe you too will be inspired to watch the movie again, or for the first time! Check it out by clicking on the link below.

On top of explaining what the difference between an amateur and professional musician is, @monadnock makes a strong argument for why amateur musicians should be celebrated and encouraged by every professional musician out there. Case in point, amateur musicians have a great appreciation for the amount of time and effort it takes to master an instrument to be able to play at the professional level. The rest of the argument, well you’ll just have to read those by clicking on the link below.
