That is great. My wife and I are looking at property just south of lake Superior! We are hoping to move in spring. The place we are looking at is on grid, but we would love to do solar and wind. Good luck, Be well!
Awesome. Nothing wrong with being on grid, it can be added security should something come up.
Do you plan to live off the land like homesteading?
What about the land you have your eye on is most appealing?
It is more about the total package. It has a house, on grid, well, and some land, all at a good price. We currently homestead. I suppose we are going to continue this lifestyle up there.
