May I be curious and ask you how you generate that list?

I've just spent almost an hour visiting the accounts, because I'm always looking for promising newcomers to delegate a little bit of SP to.

I stopped when I was halfway through, though. There is something fishy with almost all of them.
The few good ones haven't posted or commentef in 4 days, or are not following a single Steemian. But the bigger part are posting only Drugwars or Actifit post, or, what makes me wonder even more, are guilty of plagiarism or have been downvoted and had their reputation score destroyed.

It almost feels like all accounts on your list have been created by just a small number of people.

Could you maybe tell me a little more about your initiative?
