love your bass playing man, I've never told you... as a bassist myself I appreciate those of us who lock in the pocket and forget about stealing the center stage all the time, if you know what I mean.
Bro i did not know you are a bass player as i always see you with a guitar ;)
As bass players our main focus should always be "gluing" the rhytm section with the harmony and melodic lines of the song, and from time to time trowing a lick when it makes sense.
