I recently heard another perspective similar regarding conflict management and many are too “around the bush” and not direct and it is impossible to go in any direction if it is not clear what is wanted to be achieved. However, in listening to most of the SOS forums, I think there is a large community here not afraid to express criticisms and voice opinion.
