I have never seen those markings on that pole before in my life...they/it is weird LOL! Though I'm sure there's a perfectly ordinary explanation for it.

HEY I just saw this story and it reminded me of the op I did not too long ago by leaving menstrual pads in the library bathroom - Halifax libraries are now supplying them for free for all patrons! All libraries and city buildings - rec centers and DMVs and welfare offices and everything - should do that. It's no different than providing toilet paper.
