So it was you who broke the ice, not spring. Now that the waters are clear and the sun will burn stronger with every month hope to see some more pictures from your sailing days.
Btw...did you used your autopilot system to sail through the ice or just sailor skills?
I think it was on autopilot. I can't take much pictures while standing by the rudder :-)
Some bot will emerge these years to do that too :-)
I started sailing just when smart phones started getting popular, and of course my first boat didn't have any navigation systems at all, just a very simple autopilot able to do only one task - keep the course steady according to the compass heading. I'm quite happy to actually have experienced navigating with paper maps, compass and the signals from light houses. I believe that kind of knowledge will slowly go extinct.
