Meditation II

Meditation is challenging and especially in the beginning when we have little clue of what is supposed to happen or how on earth we could ever not be immersed within our thoughts. One would think to take a rest from the mind and all that mental noise would be a welcomed and simple choice. Thoughts. They collect like leaves in the crook of the stream, scheming to distracts us from the present moment.
