This must truly be a challenging job. I know a guy who runs a sanctuary and he also loves his job but it's taking its toll as it's simply very difficult. But he said that when he sees those happy animals he forgets all the troubles.

You have a nice 'collection' and I love that duck. It can be small but it's going to peck Emu on the ass and tai. Go girl!!! :)
