2. Winning the fight against the pandemic would increase its popularity to astronomical levels. It could channel citizens' sense of togetherness and capitalize on strong support.

Therefore, the financial resources destined to attack the covid-19 should be currently focused on the development of a treatment or vaccine in record time. Field tests and their mass production must be done. There would be more than 300 million vaccines to serve the population of the United States.
