My intention was to point out that a lot of people have a certain expectation of reciprocation for how they vote and whom they comment on.
palnet.io is basically an add on for steem. It’s still on the steem blockchain but you’re getting a community coin via steem-engine.com (SMT essentially) and leveraging one of the largest steem communities.
