That makes for a busy and hectic week! Certainly glad you finally got some rain. I really like the idea of going out to dance in it :) A good rain really should be celebrated!
I feel your pain about the bugs, too. Mosquitos are attracted to me for some bizarre reason. During the summer here I constantly smell like some form of bug spray or another. It has become a type of cologne to me.
I am just so grateful for the rain as well, it is certainly not at the point of pouring down in sustainable amounts just yet, but every little bit helps - and it does instill a bit of hope!
Oh man, I hear you on the mozzie cologne! hahahaha
