Did I miss the line for pardon seekers?

It seems so many who have not asked for pardons, who have ostensibly done no wrong, who MSM insists are cleaner than a blank sheet of paper - so many pardons granted for no apparent reason ...

Often, it is more fun to dig into the exception to the rule: Who has NOT been pardoned?
