Ah Paris

Oh, that city of lights that Audrey Hepburn once said was “always a good idea”. It is the city of dreams of every girl I have ever met. Yes, everyone. Young and old alike have wanted to go or are currently yearning to flee to the city that epitomizes young eternal love and romance.

I have lived in several countries and one would think that perhaps this infection would only be found in North America but alas, it is not confined to its borders. This fever has definitely spread to all parts of South America and to the few parts of Asia I have visited. I assume that it hasn’t been so merciless with the people in Europe since it is just around the bend for most people who can Europe home. But for us on the new continent, we or rather our daughters, sisters, friends, and mothers have been thoroughly infected by the “La Vie en Rose” bug.
