Como sigo maravillada con los resultados de mi jugó que les comparte en el post anterior, hoy les traigo otras dos formas de prepararlos y que nos den mucha energía! Los encontré en la hábitos.mx, de dónde he aprendido hasta a aprovechar las ibas del betabel, pruebenlos de esta manera:
