[煮食] 軟糯的日式煎年糕
平常在短片網站看到有很多是日式烤年糕的影片,都覺得很吸引!因為那硬邦邦的年糕塊,不論是放在煎鍋上去煎,或是炸爐上去,都可以做出那種外皮脆脆的,但中心還是有點軟軟QQ 的狀態。
而且在煎在烤的過程中,因為熱漲冷縮的原理,年糕內的糯米團都會因為太熱太漲而向外爆開,就看著它爆出嚟,超級療癒
其實最好是可以用網烤去燒,因為不停的翻轉可以把熱力受面均勻,讓他變成一個薄脆的年糕球。但香港嘛,沒地方,也怕鄰居聞到炭味會報案,所以我還是普通把它煎一煎吧!
煎著煎著,蠻順利的,也有"卜"一聲的爆開來,看著很爽!
我是蠻推薦大家去買來試試看,濃濃的糯米香,口感層次多。
不過溫馨提示一下,因為不同牌子的配方比例不一,有些會比較硬的喔,可以自己買買看,試一下那個牌子的年糕最合自己口味吧!
