自家制糭子
粽，或作糉，又称粽子，传统以米为主的食品，并用叶子包裹于其外，其中以中国式粽为主流。中国粽更为端午节应食品之一。一般是以竹叶包裹糯米或油饭、豆沙、绿豆、红豆、眉豆、黄豆、腊肠、咸鸭蛋、花生、栗子、玉米、冬菇、虾米、猪肉之类，并水煮或蒸熟。
起源于端午节祭祀龙或伍子胥的祭品，后来楚人为了让投江过世的屈原遗体不被鱼类所食，就以粽子投江喂鱼，另说则是直接以粽子祭祀屈原的亡魂。
